Founded in 2003, Struss & Claussen Personal Development is one of the leading career consultancies in the DACH region, specializing in personality and potential diagnostics, career development, and human development. With an interdisciplinary team of over 30 experts across three locations, we support individuals aged 15 to 75, as well as companies and international organizations.Building on more than 15,000 consultations, we offer one-on-one intensive consulting, professional and leadership development, job crafting, workshops, and online coaching. Through our podcasts, publications, and digital formats, we make our psychological expertise accessible far beyond our individual consultations.

2003
Ragnhild Struss founded Struss & Partner while still at university. With the addition of our first consultant, an idea was born that she has since developed into one of the leading career consultancy firms in the DACH region.
2019
After two years in management, Johann Claussen became a co-owner. Struss & Partner became Struss & Claussen Personal Development. The beginning of a new phase of growth.
