Do I already need to have an idea for university study or vocational training?
No, not at all. The recommendations emerge from your personality, not from plans you already have. Even if specific wishes or ideas already exist—whether those of the young person or their parents—we initially prefer not to know them. They are deliberately discussed only at the end of the consultation day. This allows us to analyze without bias and develop recommendations based solely on the consultation results.
How does the intensive consultation differ from a career guidance test?
A single test can only ever show part of the picture. We combine numerous scientifically grounded assessments with an in-depth interview, biographical work, observations and exercises. Only this combination provides a nuanced, comprehensive psychological profile and recommendations that go far beyond a test evaluation.
What recommendations will I receive at the end?
In the afternoon, all results are presented in detail and discussed together. We then give you a personalized dossier that answers three central questions.
Who am I really?
A comprehensive psychological profile of your personality, including your individual strengths, potential, motives, values, needs and areas for development. Among other things, it answers the questions: What makes me unique? What motivates me? How do I work? What environment do I need to realize my full potential?
Which path is right for me?
Specific recommendations for university study, vocational training or a gap year; suitable universities and institutions in Germany and abroad; professional fields, specific jobs, future-oriented industries, employers and working environments; suitable practical experience, future skills and the effective use of AI.
How do I put this into practice?
A personal development and action plan with specific next steps for the coming weeks and years, supplemented by recommendations on applications, social media presence, internships, networks, books, podcasts, courses and other resources that provide targeted support for your future path.
How long does the consultation take?
Several hours of diagnostic assessments are completed at home in advance. The in-person consultation lasts a full day and does not end until all results have been discussed clearly and all outstanding questions have been answered.
Can parents take part in the consultation?
The morning belongs entirely to the student. Parents or other trusted individuals are welcome to join the presentation of the results in the afternoon.
What happens after the consultation day?
One year of follow-up consultation for all questions related to the consultation is already included in the service. Additional coaching sessions can be added if required.
What role does AI play?
AI provides background support with research, market analysis and the assessment of current developments. The interpretation of your personality and all recommendations remain entirely the responsibility of experienced consultants.
